Your items are carefully packaged...
Rest assured that we take care when shipping your items!
Patches are usually shipped out USPS with some form of tracking within 1 or 2 days of an order being placed. Each patch is shipped in a resealable plastic bag to avoid water damage. You will always receive a packing slip with receipt of purchase included in your order.
As a buyer and collector as well, we have seen many items arrive with just the patch in an envelope with no thought process. This is something that has always bothered us. We pride ourselves in a higher standard to all our buyers.
No one can guarantee that USPS will always get your order to you safely, however we stand behind our patches and products and will always work with you to make it right! If ever you have an issue, just send us an email and we will attempt to correct whatever issue arises.
